If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would. I brought in a failed DOT inspection with what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They told me that it would take a few days. OK. I came back 3 days later and it was not finished . So I wanted to take it somewhere else. They charged me $400 for diagnostic services. What a ripoff place. Will never be back.

I have an account at Rush (4K per mo) I Called to see if they had a part in stock & got left on hold. Called back & they took my name & number & said they would callback. called again in an hour & got the same. This is how it is every day,  this is the 3rd time this week it has happened to me. This time I called back after two hours, same again. at the 3 hour mark they told me I would have to drive to Atlanta & come to the window to find out so I just told my customer what was going on. He owns a large trucking company in Atlanta & also had an account with Rush (8-10K per mo) but they done the same to him. After 4 hours of trying & about 10 phone calls ( a couple heated calls) they told us they had the part & billed it to my customer & I had one of my techs drive to Morland Av to pick it up so that my customer could get his truck off of the side of the road.  I would order my International parts anywhere but here If I could, There service sucks. If this is how they treat there account customers I can only imagine how they treat a new customer.

Ordered part on a Thursday said it would be delivered the same day now we are into the next week and still no part. Nobody knows where it is or when it will get to me. This is not the first time either it happens almost every time I am forced to order parts from them.
