I'm a local real estate agent and do not manage vacation rentals. I needed a good resource for vacation rentals in the Russian River area and so I called and spoke to Megan at RRVH. I worked there for almost 3 years.  And I can tell you with absolute certainty that they are the best Property Management Company in Sonoma County.
The houses are spectacular, and very well taken care of.
If you are in the market for a vacation rental, or a long term rental, this company is THE ONE FOR YOU!

I and my daughter spoke to this company about dealing with a neg mark on my credit due to a serious injury.  Was told I could prove current good credit which I did  as I was moving across country and  wanted an apt right away.  None of the papers I had faxed were looked at, was asked for the $40. Fee then told I had old neg credit mark and they couldnt rent to me.  I would have given them the $40. Not to waste my time and mislead me. Plan to notify BBB and Real Estate complaint board.  No excuse for this behavior.

RRVH could not have been easier to work with in planning our week in Guerneville.  The cabin they found for us, Fairy Circle, could not have been better for our needs.  Very easy to work with, had a great time, and will definitely use again!
