Best stay-cation ever!  I think I'd use these folks even If I lived out of town, but we've used their rentals for family gatherings for the past 5 years and have had the most relaxing, fun, memorable times.

We choose Russian River Escapes whenever we plan a special staycation with friends and family.  We have stayed at three of their properties, and every time the home was impeccably clean, well organized and stocked with all the amenities.  Additionally, Stacy and her crew always go the extra mile to inform us about special events and activities in the area and anything we'd need to consider when attending with children.  Her team has an intimate knowledge of the region (they live in Guerneville) and share the inside scoop and love of the Russian River with their clients.  A+ for customer service!!!
