The food tastes good but literally at least 5 times (two in a row in fact) including today, my order either was wrong or missing items, I expect to get what I paid for and at least wait longer to make sure my order is correct... like today, I ordered nachos with my cravings deal box (that now comes with cinna-twists) and got nacho cheese and no nachos but got the twists. I'm getting pretty irritated with my orders getting messed up time after time. Then I try to call to speak to a manager and the only phone number provided is a fax number... I have pictures and the receipt to prove my last order being screwed up. The staff are very polite here but the amount of times my orders have been messed up is ridiculous.

I'm a fan. My only complaint regards them introducing new selections, which disappear after a short time, never to be seen again. A little continuity would have earned them that fifth star.

I had the crunchy original tacos and bean burritos. The burritos were acceptably full. The tacos not so; they were reminiscent of a weekly magazine in their girth. At least both had the traditional Taco Bell good taste and the company is to be commended for giving Seniors a small drink free for the asking.
