Speaking as somewhere who used to work here, the way they run their business is atrocious. The manager of the local store could not possibly care less about the business or customers, telling me, a new hire, how badly she wanted to quit every day. They carry very few flowers in the store, and it's no wonder the customer service is so bad-- to actually get the arrangements, they have to be ordered from a confusing web of call centers that do not communicate with each other. At all. They care so little that they left me, who had been working there for about three days, to run the store on my own, and fired me when I had absolutely no idea what to do (the manager was too lazy to train me). There are a select few nice people who are unfortunate enough to work here though, which is a shame.

If you hate money and LOVE getting ripped off, this is the place for you. If you want to piss off your significant other, then by all means use this place because you will be surely disappointed. Despicable arrangements, poor quality and even worse customer service. They are an embarrassment to the floral industry. DO NOT USE THEM.

This is a poor excuse for a flower shop.  They take every order they can get and half-ass it.  They don't care about their customers or employees. The managers are sneaky and have their own employees give 5 star reviews WHICH IS WRONG.  The owner is the son of the original owner and is money-hungry, NOTHING like his father. They lose customers left and right because of their poor arrangements and horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM

I had my wedding flowers and now anniversary flowers delivered from Rutland  Beard and had a wonderful experience!  Great people - met the head designer and his team!!

This place is piss poor. They will do work for online flower delivery services which is how I got screwed on 1 stop florists. I ordered the best which shows a gorgeous arrangement. I wish Google allowed me to post the pictures in this review. Almost $80 and they sent me what looks like a $5 carry out arrangement from Wal-Mart. It is truly pathetic how bad this turned out and I had this delivered to my girlfriends job no less. Oh and don't bother asking for rush delivery. 2pm guaranteed turned to sorry we just took your money to we can do by 4pm to written on the card deliver by 4:15-4:20 she noticed upon delivery. Do NOT use these people whatever you do!!!
