I've been going to this florist for over 20 years and it seems that things have changed.  I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day which was guaranteed delivery date of Feb 14.  Late on Feb 13, they left a message on my cell to inform me that the vase for the arrangement I ordered was on back order.   Here's the problem:  when I placed the order online, there was no indication that the vase was "on back order" or "not available" so I was led to believe that my order was fine.  Secondly, instead of filling my order with a suitable replacement, they let it go since I didn't respond to their message.  I don't use my phone often so I didn't hear the message until late on the 14th.  On special days like Valentine's Day, I feel that florists should have the common sense to meet their obligation as best as they can instead blowing off a customer's gift to his wife.   No excuse.

Amazing customer service! Two of the roses in the bouquet were broken so I called them and they were replaced same day! Definitely recommend going here.

Went today to the florist to buy flowers for a funeral. Saw some nice options wish they had a little more to choose from. Staff was very nice and helpful today and and any other time I go in. Never had a bad experience.

I've always had really excellent experiences with Odenton Florist. I've used them a couple of times over the years to order flowers from as well as walk-ins to pick up flowers for around the house.

The arrangements are always fresh and last at least a week. I've got a spring bouqet that I've had for almost 2 weeks and it's still going strong.
