Shane was very responsive every time I emailed them...they sold my rv for what I needed to get out of it love this place

All I can say is no customer service,. They don't return phone call's, text's, or email.  I tried for two days to get in touch with Shane to see a motorhome. The add was not on Ksl for even an hour when I first called. I did not drive down to look at the coach because  their website says by appointment only. 

By the  time the sales guy Shane got back to me (two day's later) late in the evening,  he set up and appointment with me for the following morning to look at the unit. When i got there he told me someone had already put down a deposit. He didn't  even call or text me (as they prefer) to let me know. I wasted my morning. 

If you look at their website and read their mission statement, it sounds good. They should read it themselves, and try to do what they say. 

Stay away from these guys.
