Amenities were fantastic. Camp sites were clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. Trails were well marked and easy enough for young children to do. I would recommend this camp ground as a wonderful destination close to Salt Lake or Provo.

Stayed 1 night here while on vacation. . Loved the feel of the place and the privacy of most of the sites. Really has a great woodland feel. Tent camping is a little tricky as not all of the sites have a good level spot for the tent (unless you set it up on the parking pad) . There were 3 walk-in sites for only tents that looked good, and we found a few nice standard sites with good space for a small tent. Oh, and currently there is a major construction project going on around the clock just down the road. . Could hear the machines running all night, but they were just far enough away that we still slept OK.

Great campgrounds in a gorgeous mountain setting. Bathrooms are plentiful and clean. Only downside is that some of the campgrounds are very close together, so if you love your neighbor, no worries.

A beautiful campground, with a bunch of restrictions. No bikes. Pay for your site, pay for each additional car you park, don't touch any dirt with your tires, etc. Managed by really nice folks. They usually have a few walk-ups available, but mainly deal with reservations. If you're only going to Granite Flat, you don't need to pay the canyon entrance fee. (Yes, your taxes paid for the canyon development, and you've been paying for canyon entrance, but THIS time you only need to pay the $20/night or so for a campsite.) ;)

Stayed in camp site #25. The campgrounds are clean and camp managers are active. Campers should be aware that the tent areas are uneven and small and do not fit family (larger) sized tents easily. We placed ours on parking area.
