When I was there, the staff was super kind, present and caring. However, they never pick up the phone when you're trying to get follow-up information and never expect a response from them if you try to call on a Friday.

I agree with some of the other reviews that the front desk and the nurses are not the nicest. It's akin to a DMV experience. The doctors, however are AMAZING! I just wish they would demand more of their staff.

I love Dr.Lundberg he is very thorough and knowledgeable. Been going to see him for years. They delivered both my kids and did an amazing job.

As other's have said, the doctors here are actually pretty good, but the office management and many of the nurses are not. Susan the ultrasound tech is just plain mean. I don't understand why she's allowed to interact with people. In contrast, the other ultrasound tech is actually a delightful person. Appointment times are not respected at all, so expect a long wait. Even if you're the only person in the main waiting room, you'll probably be sitting in there for a good half hour, and then another half hour or more in a little dingy room. This is partially the fault of the office management but I don't feel the doctors are blameless. Some don't seem to feel any sense of urgency to get to you even when they're running way behind schedule. (I remember one visit where our doctor was in an adjacent room on a non-medical phone call while we waited impatiently, 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment.) And I understand there are some unexpected emergency visits that can lead to delays, but according to reception they happen every day. Since they are so common, they should be better planned for. There are a lot of doctors in the practice. Maybe they need to designate one or more for emergencies. There are about four nurses sitting around at a desk in the back, but if you call the nurse line for prescriptions or test results you'll get a machine every time. You have to leave a message and they call you back on their own time. I've had mixed experiences dealing with them. Sometimes they're nice and other times not so much. As for the office, it's a little run-down and old. At times, the parking is insufficient and you have to park on the street in front of nearby homes. The good thing, and the reason we continue to go there, is that the doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. Also they operate out of RWJ, which is a well respected hospital with a NICU ready for anything, so that's a plus, even if it's not the most posh hospital around.

The doctors are nice but the front desk and the nurses are horrible. They are not nice, not comforting and make you feel like your bothering them and this office NEVER answers the phone!!! you are forced to leave a message and than they take hours to get back to you. What a project. I wish I could give 0 stars. How can you feel comfortable dealing with a facility like this when you are pregnant. I am switching offices, they are nasty people.
