We took our 2 year old for cold and possible ear infection, as she started complaining of pain in one of her ears (late evening). Front desk was quick to take info and get check-in formalities taken care of. We were politely taken into waiting room in about 10 min. Staff was helpful in handling and calming our 2 year old, who was understandably not happy being there. Doctor saw her in a few minutes and was quick to identify the ear-infection in one ear after performing the obligatory protocol of check-ups. Prescription for Amoxicillin after confirmation of allergies was made. We were very impressed that staff offered to give the first dose of the antibiotic right there since it was very late and we would not get to our pharmacy until next morning. An electronic prescription to our pharmacy for pickup in morning was simultaneously made. Very impressive and professional service. I also got a call from them after couple of days inquiring on how the 2 year old was doing. Two thumbs up and thanks to the staff.

I LOVE this place. I have three little ones and I'm always so satisfied with the care that's given here. The wait has always been short, the tv's are on, which always distracts the kids from whatever's hurting them, and the staff is ALWAYS professional, caring, and knowledgeable about the needs of my children. I Love love love this place, and I'm so thankful to have a safe, clean, well run facility to take care of my littles!

This is the longest I've ever had to wait for my daughter to be seen. It took 2 hours to call us in to the room and still waiting for the doctor and it's been an hour already and no doctor yet. This is crazy. It's very frustrating. There were only 4 patients in the waiting area to be seen before us. It should not had taken this long. Never again will I come here.

I was there two weeks ago for an ear infection, fever, and cold. It must've been close to 9pm. The front desk was super helpful and the doctor was okay. She prescribed me amoxicillin and here I am 18 days later still feeling the same way. Although the ear infection feels better, I am still coughing up a storm and throat feels horrible. Do not recommend this place. I read several misdiagnosis reviews before going in but took a shot at it anyways.
