Been using this place for over a month. I have to contact them very little. The whole process of renting a unit was done online once I knew one was available. It's good to call near the end of month, (week or less before new month as they have more units available the end of month). The customer service over the phone was great for what few questions I had.

Great Storage Facility! I would strongly recommend renting from S & J Mini Storage, Kim  is always nice and pleasant to talk to, they have great customer service, and their website makes it easy to rent and make payments online.
