This review is not based on a one time bad experience. This is giving them THREE visits and each visit I would have given them a 1 star. TERRIBLE. 
VISIT ONE--new customer---The staff was not very knowledgeable about anything--from price, to the process of dry cleaning to who even does their dry cleaning (third party). They claim 50% off your first service so it was worth a shot---NOT. When I went to pick my items up they only took 50% off ONE item and it was the cheapest one to dry clean. They blankly stared at me and stated" I have no idea why everything is not 50% but you can either pay the amount in full or we keep your stuff" 
VISIT TWO--Came to pick up my dry cleaning---again very disgruntled staff--got home and realized that every piece of clothing was covered in glitter---dress slacks, dress shirts--everything. All had very fine glitter on it....Their first question to me when I brought the stuff back was "did you go to a strip club?" RUDE! 
VISIT THREE-- Went to pick up items---I already hate coming here but the location is convenient and I am a creature of habit. They brought up "my" clothes. Two of the items were not mine, but had my information on them, I informed them of what I was missing and they stated "Nothing else is in the back" We had a staring contest until he went back and came up again with more items that were not mine but has my information on them. Well you already lied to me by saying you had nothing else and then came up with more---he does this two more times---so 4 people now have my information on their clothes and mine are still missing...I am wondering if they now gave my stuff to less attentive customers. They finally find all of my belongings and do not seem a little bit phased at the ridiculous number of mistakes. They actually blamed me at one point saying "You should have more than one ticket for these items"---you only gave me one! 

I will never go there again---and I would definitely stay away. Unless you want to pay top dollar, have awful service, have your clothes ruined, possible lost or given to other people. I wrote this in such length because a lot of bad reviews are from one bad experience and is an exception to the rule----but clearly that is not the case with me. I tried again and again with worse results each time.

Sacino's is our favorite. I am always thrilled to the detail, quality, and service. The staff members are always helpful and responsive. Their delivery service is excellent and efficient. This is the best dry cleaner's in St. Petersburg by far.
