4 months ago I came here & gave this place a great review. Now that I think back on it I gave it that score because it was clean compared to some I’ve been to. 
Well, I walked in today & the 1st thing that greated me at the back entrance was a large dirty looking German shepherd. If I had time to drive around & find another place I would have. 
The next thing I noticed was that the machines were absolutely FILTHY!! The outsides appear dirty & greasy with animal hair on them. There’s rust & dirt everywhere you look...on the floor, walls & the machines. 
Multiple machines were either broken or in use by the owner. 
I seriously can’t believe how disgusting this place is & I will not be back. If you’re looking for a clean place...THIS ISN’T IT!

I don't know other people say it's clean and best laundromat around. I went there based on good reviews and found nothing but a tiny laundromat that  is not different than any I've seen. On top of it, the owner of this place has no idea how to run a business. You don't return customers who came to your business because you think they didn't come on time. This business has a 7:45PM last load policy, because they close at 9PM, which is understandable, however, when i got there the time was 9:40PM (on my cell phone) but the owner said the time on his wall clock is 9:44PM, so even though i still had 1 minute according to his time, he wouldn't let me in. So what if i take 2 minutes to load my laundry, so you have to close at 9:01PM, big deal. That's not how you run a business. This was my first time going there, i ended up going to 24-hour open laundromat up the street, which by the way better than this laundromat, go check it out with your own eyes.
To the owner; get a book or something about business 101, it'll teach you how a good customer service is provided, you sure need it.

I've been looking for a CLEAN laundromat in St Petersburg for months & I FINALLY found one! All of the machines work AND they are clean! The tables & floors are clean too!
I think the reason is because the owners are here every day, all day (I asked). The owner that I spoke to seemed to be a very nice guy, I could tell he cared & took pride in his place.
