I have been using this cleaners for a while. Last time I came in they were supposed to give me a discount that I am to get every time. I paid the bill and then asked then asked to make sure if I got the discount. They said I did not get it and that they would put a credit on my account. when I came in this time I asked to make sure that the credit was on my account. They looked and said there was no credit. But they said that I've my discount that I'm always supposed to be getting is listed on my account. They then said they would double the discount for this new order. I explained that that will not cover it because the last order was much more expensive and doubling the discount on this order does not fully make up for the discount that was missed. It is so frustrating that simple things like this cannot be resolved properly quickly and easily. I have had problems with this discount in the past as well. I will no longer go to this cleaners because I just am tired of having to deal with something like this. I feel most of the cleaners in the area charge too much to begin with, why is a small discount they say you will get, why is getting a discount they agree to give you such a problem. I will be voting with my feet by taking my business elsewhere from now on.

In my last two visits to this location I have ordered same day service, however, everything has not come back the same day. They do rectify the situation and offered those items that were not ready free but when you're going out of town the next day it doesn't really help. When I've gone to pick them up it indicates that I do not have to get out my car and as I sat in my car and waited for someone I waited and waited. My car was in park and my window was down clearly indicating that I was there to pick up. Eventually I got out of my car and went inside and the girl just nonchalantly said sorry she thought I was waiting for the car in front of me to get out of the way so I can pull through. However, the car was no longer there. How do you continue service to a location that doesn't seem to care too much about customer service? Mediocre for the cost.

Love this place!! Great service, awesome drive-thru, friendly staff and very competitive pricing. Regarding Peter's review on price matching. Really?? Have you ever owned a business or sold any product/service? There is ALWAYS a guy down the street who is cheaper. Please. If you're always chasing the phantom lowest price point on the market, you will go out of business in fairly short order. Plus, you are not making an apples-to-apples comparison. You're just throwing out a price-point without comparing quality and breadth of services, issue resolution, hours of operation, location convenience, etc. Sun Country has implemented a competitive market price to provide high-quality service, maintain their facility, retain dependable friendly staff and run a profitable business. Business 101. The next time you are at Bonefish Grill, tell them you can get a cheaper fish sandwich down the road at Long John Silvers and see what kind of response you get...duh!
