Worst experience ever. My ex husband lied in court, the judge believed it all. The judge asked me to say something nice about the guy (not a man). Im thinking what are you my therapist, so i say in front of everybody.... hes good at manipulating everybody.... and ex previously has beaten me up, not just once. The judge approved the restraining order against me. A restraining order because I was trying to do was drop off our daughter (since I do all the transportation and pay child support, WTF. I wasn't the one who was drunk yelling, and intimidating the other. His girlfriend broke up with him because of how much he obsesses over me. Seriously, there is never a good week, hes always giving me crap about something. This is our government. Where's the justice. The system is fucked, cops are fucked.

This court house is a corrupt organization! I was shot at in a dispute over $1oo by my spouse. I was told by the Sac Sherriff not to let her know of the report I filed on her. She found out anyways and filed for restraining order and divorce. The police took custody of our child and handed the violent spouse custody stating I retaliated to do this. Yet I have a witness who know and seen our living condition as to where that gun would be drawn upon me once a month. I keep repeating myself in court and every one seems to avoid the statement that she shot a gun at me . Now they want me to mediate to determine custody of our kid. Um hello judge where does it say in CA that its ok to shoot a gun and avoid prosecution and take custody of a child in CA Law? If that's possible then why should I be not allowed to do the same? Why would you force me to share custody of my child with a person who shot a gun at me? I served honorably in the USAF. During the oath ceremony, we swore to protect against all foreign or domestic terrorists. Then if she was able to terrorize me (as I still haven't applied for citizenship) point and use the gun in intimidation causing fear many times, and before she had a gun she threatened with divorce whenever I had an opinion, only to save her father whom I tried getting a restraining order on because of his alcohol and abuse to my child, she sends him back to his country to avoid prosecution, then brings him back and now for his citizenship she divorces me again so he can have no problems in obtaining it, Why would CA court help a domestic terrorist like her, allow her in gaining citizenship and bringing more in. Every time I made a police report nothing can be done, no response, because of this civil matter pending, yet as she complains , reports are generated in her favor for her to have a claim at my child. I made a restraining order to serve on her father , and they told me to mediate it and didn't restrain him. The judge is so biased that even though my shooter wife restrained me to avoid prosecution, from my behalf they only gave her a 1/2 restraining order ( u bias judges "she shot a gun at me") They are only stalling and mediating to allow her a chance to gather dirt against me cause she doesn't stand a chance at custody . reguardless of that , this is a 0 tolerance on gun violence, doesn't matter if the shooter was female). If CA courts allow a person to shoot a gun and walk away with custody of a child , why should the other be stopped to do the same? Wake up Californians , its ok to shoot guns and take kids away according to Supreme Court of CA . I tried every chain of command to understand this and still no explanation. I've even tried alternate non ethical methods with cps and still I'm the bad one. I've tried and tried . anything I say they turn it around and use it against me. this is all after the fact that a father is trying to take custody of his child from a spouse that shot at him and them trying to force me to compromise and share custody with a gun shooting CA state employee. I wonder if they are telling me its ok to shoot a gun and walk way with a child is acceptable by CA law and the supreme court of CA will support that as long as u put a restraining order on them. Someone please help me I don't think this is ok by any standards in any lawful manner in any country. stop supporting domestic terrorism ! do a change of venue and try another county.

It's all rigged. Take it from me. I've been at this court for a total of 19 years. and the last 12 to try to quash an invalid void order that a Child Support Commissioner lacked jurisdiction by adjudicating a Child Custody hearing in a Federally funded Title IV D court room. guess what! Since that that fees for the case were misappropriated so the court received federal monies on my case illegally. Then whole Sacramento Courts needs to be audited.

My sisters and I are doing an in pro per trust administration. I have found the clerks and the judge to be both helpful and reasonable.
