Horrible. Horrible Service.  Extremely unhelpful.

I've never sued anyone before, but the court here was very helpful.  I live about an hour away and had to sue a former landlord in small claims, who ended up settling out of court.  I communicated with the "scefile" email address.  The responses were always very quick, usually within 30 minutes, when I requested forms or other information about my claim.  Also, the people on the other end were very courteous and just plain nice.  
The phone number for small claims advisory is a little nuts, you must, in most circumstances, have a landline to call.  They will only let you leave a message then call you back collect if you have a number that is long distance for them.  I called about 20 times over 5 days and always got the answering machine, and since I only have a cell I couldn't receive a the collect call.  
Overall, the email service worked just fine for living too far away to go in.
