If zero "stars" meant horrible, then I'd choose ZERO. This judge supports child abusers. My daughter was being abused by adults at her middle school. The women abusing her were not teachers. I had recently complained about their behavior. They took their anger out on my child. They also made death threats. They went before Judge Orcutt and told her that my complaints to their supervisors were harassing them. I was complaining to the principals (5 within 6 months) and the superintendent. Who was I supposed to complain to??? They also lied and said that I threatened to bring a gun to school. I was president of the school council. Even one of the principals at the time said this was a lie. They would block the entrance from my daughter. They were physically abusing my daughter. Judge Orcutt signed a warrant with only their lies. She's no judge. She supports child abusers. She should not be allowed on the bench. She's a disgrace. She certainly disgraces the court.

Judge Morgan, Judge Or utterly are prosecuting an innocent mother who's child was abused at Christa McAuliffe Middle School. Judge Orcutt is an idiot. She wrote a restraining order because the parent wrote complaint letters to the school's superintendent. Cherish Pruitt, Roni DeLoach, Sharee Wilburn-Manseree and Jennifer Wilmot abused a 13 year old child. Then went before Judge Orcutt and lied. They committed perjury. These women said the parent of that abused child was harassing them. These idiots went before another judge (Roger Ross) and admitted to calling this mother and her abused child and making death threats. The superintendent didn't protect that child. The mother ended up moving. THIS COURT IS UTTERLY PATHETIC. Why is there a warrant for the mom of the abused child? She was arrested for walking her child to school. She was supposed to meet with the mayor and city council that day. She didn't get to meet with them to tell about the abuse because the women who abused her daughter are friends with several corrupt police officers. Likely the same officers who protected the mayor before he was arrested by the FBI for abusing children. San Joaquin in beyond corrupt. It runs deep.

This place 👎👎👎👎 Convicting INNOCENT people to pay for that new court house. Stay away from trouble makers in stockton because if someone makes a false allegation against you the district attorneys Office will file charges against you true or false just to make a dollar at your expense and to pay for that new courthouse, This town is sad. (NO I NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE.)

I believe the judge of the Family Court is not properly doing her job. She fails to consider both sides of the issues, and these days she is more slanted towards the fathers than anyone. This is likely due to that rachet mediator (who I swear thinks she is a man) Ms. Troop. This pair of snakes are in a position to harm the kids in the County of San Joaquin. They need to stop hating on these attractive girls too! Just because they were not the looker of the time they had as young women doesn't mean its ok to be so vengeful towards women who are! I can just imagine what Ms. Troop looked like as a child, probably lots of red curly bushy hair and freckles! Gosh, you can practically hear them hissing when they enter the court! Snakes they are!!!! So sad these young women have to deal with the vengeful ratchets they do, tend to take good mothers parenting rights away!!!! This court SUCKS!
