You can only give that which you have. And Dan, Paul and Larisa Litvin, are three teachers/guides who live the Yogic Path and adhere to a Yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle. Thus they have the experience and corresponding wisdom to walk others from their mind and into their hearts.

The classes taught by each instructor is specifically designed to increase a meaningful aspect of your life, whether it's health, relaxation, fitness, focus, success, etc. 

The Ayurvedic Consultations by Dan and Larisa are life transforming, as they are able to design a specific plan that corresponds with you and your lifestyle, to get you where your soul truly yearns to be.

The Healing Sessions with Paul are indescribable in words. He is able to read you from the inside out, and he knows your deepest darkest fears without you even uttering a word. His healing leads you into a life of complete health and wellbeing in every aspect of your life.

And, the staff and members are family. They are so full of love and joy and adventure. It is the most beautiful place I have ever experienced.

I have been practicing yoga at Sadhana Yoga for the past few months & love it!  It's the best Yoga studio! The owners & staff are amazing! The studio itself is warm & inviting. Once you walk upstairs, you are greeted by the smiling faces of either Victoria, Jason, Jenna or Dan.  They are very welcoming, and make you feel at home.  Then you enter a beautiful room with windows looking outside.  Your yoga instructor is already there, greeting you with a smile.  You set up your mat with your props, then your yoga practice begins.  Each instructor is extremely qualified, knowledgeable & makes you feel very comfortable!  Each class is different, unique & challenging all the time! There is so much positive energy flowing around the room! At the end of class you feel so gratified! Everybody leaves with a smile! I have learned so much, met many new friends,and reconnected with some old & dear friends.  I have embraced my yoga practice & have applied it to my everyday life situations. This has helped me get through some hectic & stressful times.  My family has even noticed I am calmer & more at peace. I have noticed I have also become stronger (physically & emotionally) & more flexible in just a short time. I have found my yoga home & looking forward to learning more & more each day!  Thank you to my yoga family at Sadhana Yoga for making this possible!

I had never taken yoga before, so my first class was at Sadhana Yoga.  Everyone there is really friendly and sweet.  It's a bright, clean studio and they were really gentle with newbies.  I love it there!

Best studio around!  The Superstar/Superhero Sadhana Staff has created an environment that, all around, feels like HOME!  Whether you come skipping, dancing, crying, complaining, or smiling (this is not an exhaustive list) through the studio doors, someone is there to help you learn how to help yourself continue climbing the mountain that is your personal journey!  Oh, and they’ve got some really rockin’ YOGA classes too!! Once again… Best studio around EXCLAMATION EXCLAMATION EXCLAMATION :)
