BEST yoga studio ever! This place has an amazing atmosphere for relaxation. As a beginner myself, I already feel confident in my practice because the instructors are thorough and well informed. The place is very clean and open which is nice as well. I cannot wait to continue my yoga journey and experience all of the great classes they offer. The prices are wonderful, class times are perfect for any lifestyle, and the retail is really cool. Rock on Rock River!

Beautiful studio with a relaxed vibe.    As a novice, I was concerned if I'd enjoy Yoga or I was hesitant to try it out due to my lack of experience.  However, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable providing thoughtful instruction that will make anyone feel welcome regardless of experience level.   I’m a fairly active person so the benefits of Yoga such as increased flexibility, muscle strength and an overall improvement in energy are an important aspect to continuing a positive and healthy lifestyle.  Ultimately, I always leave here feeling restored.

As someone is who was not the most familiar with yoga, I was hesitant at first, but all of the staff at Rock River was kind and welcoming. The healing class is amazing and I now come at least once a week! I look forward to trying all the classes Rock River has to offer!
