It's not the best place for kids under 2. But if you held a birthday party here, that's an ideal place for two reasons: one is the staff play "spy games" with kids. Kids could find the answer from the wall with African grassland. The other is the staff will teach kids about animals with sounds and actions. They will get some knowledge from it. Besides the staffs are very nice.

Great place to bring 1 - 10 year olds! $10 per kid. Bathrooms are easily accessible. My only reason for not having 5 stars is the lack of seating for parents. This business could clearly add about 10 tables to their seating area. This is a peanut free facility. So signs for this need to be posted on the door, website, Google info, etc. Parents bring food from home, so to plan properly the peanut free requirement needs to be advertised more.

Had my son's birthday party there. Staff was impolite and unreasonable in denying minor requests like adding extra fruit platters. No one gave us the plan for the day and we were always wondering what's next. Space is pipelined so you will be sharing the space with 2 other birthday parties that are happening in parallel. Doesn't really make your child feel special.

Fun place but the top levels are a bit cramped.  Kids love it though.

Great place for kids to blow off steam while parents relax. Clean inside. Hand washing stations inside play area. Seating for adults inside play area as well as tables outside to sit and eat. A few snacks and coffee available for purchase of you forgot to being your own. Free wifi.
