i would give this company a negative score if possible. they are contracted with hopelink which transports medicaid recipients to medical appointments. they were scheduled to pick my mother up for dialysis on a sunday morning. the driver arrived 15 mins early and when my mother asked him to wait 10 mins so she could finish breakfast he refused and according to not only my mother but staff at the assisted living facility, was rude and told her she needed to leave right then or he was going to leave. which he did leaving her with no transportation. when i called the company the person i spoke to was totally unapologetic and instead called the driver for his version which she reiterated with the fact he was one of their best drivers. hopefully they will get dropped by hopelink if they have such terrible service for vulnerable passengers

I use safe transport every other day for dyalisis.. i dont mind getting somewhere quick but about 87% of the drivers shouldnt be behind the wheel, what annoys me is when my wheelchairs getting jerked around from speeding down curvy roads and when they come flying down my coldersack when theres signs everywhere that say KIDS AT PLAY

Idiot driver yelled at cashier because driver didn't know how to pump def but it was all her fault. He was a jerk.

We are currently in this ride from hell # 125 !! Driver speeding (71 in 60), honking at other drivers, u-turning in intersections clearly marked not to do so, & bouncing my son in his wheelchair all over the back of this crappy raggy van ! I may choke this guy out once in our driveway !
