Somebody mentioned their items were taken, so were mine. They forgot to deliver one of my containers and couldn't get it there for a week. I used one of their locks and my things were taken. Don't trust them. They of course, deny everything. I would give minus stars. Also, 2 payments not recorded properly.

Filled out the online form, had an agent come out to our house named Paula Seward she took about an hour plus to do a walk through. She said she would have a quote back to me in a few days. A full week later nothing! We had to interview other potential movers in the meantime. I had to email her and call several times to get anywhere. Once I did talk to the agent she was rude and short with me which left a bad taste in my mouth due to an already stressful time for our family with a long distance move ahead of us. I will say that their upper management has contacted me recently and apologized about this experience and they have addressed talking to their staff about there interactions with customers. I don't want one bad apple to ruin it for future customers, I am happy with how it was handled and I find that's a good sign of a decent company!

Rick and Josh did an outstanding job delivering our furniture that had been in storage. On the morning of delivery, we had no power and there was a fallen tree blocking access to our house from one direction. But that didn't faze them - they arrived early (despite having to take a ferry and navigate the downed tree), and put furniture together in the dark.

We used Hansen Bros for our move. The quotation included a clause that the price could be up to 25 percent higher than quoted, and I was very weary that the price would be higher. We moved a lot of our belongings ourselves after we were quoted, so there was actually less for Hansen Bros. to move. To my delight, Hansen Bros. not only did a fantastic job in moving our belongings, but actually charged me less because we had moved some of our belongings ourselves. I definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again!

We received excellent care, advice and service during our move.  After 28 years in our house we didn't really know how to move.  Paula was kind, friendly and helpful.  Alex, Tyler and Sam were very courteous and helpful.  They made the move go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Hansen Bros. for anyone having to move.
