T&S as helped us move twice in 3 years. Price was fair. They even let us borrow moving boxes and packing paper. I picked them up a few weeks before the move and returned them a few weeks after. That was helpful. If you're expecting a clean cut, well trimmed uniformed, white gloved moving service, this is not them. You're getting a couple of normal laborers who were thorough, experienced, and moved quickly. I felt they handled my belongings with care. They took a short lunch break which I was not charged for the time. The break was well deserved. T&S is nothing fancy, but neither is moving. They did what I needed for a fair price, great laborers, treated me and my belongings with respect. Nothing was damaged. I'll use them a 3rd time if I plan to move again.

Do yourselves and favor and look for other movers. My husband used them for our move recently and I would say look for other another company unless you want them to damage your furniture and cover all your belongings in a layer of dirt. I've been doing all I can to get in contact with these guys so they will fix my damages and I have yet received a final resolution. I moved on 12/30 and I'm writing this on 1/10. In fact they've blamed me for not calling at the right time (because their owner leaves by 3pm) and not "requesting" them to call back. I guess as the customer I'm supposed to know their work schedules and know what is convenient for them. Pictures should should show you what I'm dealing with. This is also after we paid them close to $3000 in move costs.

My family has used this firm to move us 4 times over the last 10 years and have been very pleased with their service, care of our belongings, and thier pleasant helpful attitude. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This company sent rude and offensive men to pack our stuff. When I questioned one about smoking he got in the truck and drove away. Then we called and they sent two others who were much nicer. As it turned out, however, they packed things that didn't get listed but we had no way of knowing until a year later when we had our belongings sent to another state. Then when some furniture was missing and a piece of artwork destroyed, they said they needed to search their warehouse and do an audit. That took a year and they never kept us informed as to the progress, we always had to call them. Finally they said they couldn't find the furniture and would pay us 60 cents a pound for it! How do we know that they couldn't find it? What a scam. We are contacting an attorney and want to warn as many people as possible. This is just an overview. The details would make straight hair curly and curly hair straight. It is so upsetting!

These people are the best. We have called around many places and they had the lowest rate. But the quality of service was not low at all. Inspector that came before the move was extremely nice and helpful. Movers were not slacking off they did their job very efficiently and fast. The best experience ever!
