After finding a place to mail the address to, I had contacted Ramon Nievas and he had immediately sent out the check after holding it for me for a while. I received it immediately. One thing I appreciated about the service given to me concerning they check being mailed was the. Fact that management had put extra security features on the check by adding tape so that if the envelope was tampered with, it would be completely noticeable compared to just sealing it which leaves room for vulnerability for opening. Even if I would has not received the check (being in transition, looking for a place) at. Least he did this to let me know that he took my wants and desires into consideration concerning privacy. Management is amazing,  courteous,  and professional. I enjoyed every aspect of the safeguard experience and I would recommend them to all. The hours are convenient, the rent is cheap, and staff is. Professional. I am sad this is the end, but if ever in. Miami, I would definitely do business with them again... : )

First and foremost, I would like to extended my sincerest gratitude for the expetional customer service experience I received from David. Not only did he make me feel extremely welcomed, he went above and beyond to assure I got the unit I needed without hurting my financial situation. Where others turned us down because of timing issue, his professional demeanor remained. Phenomenal employee and extraordinary human being. Thank you David

This place is terrible... All my stuff was covered in roach eggs and poop... Even though I paid my bill every month, on time. They hounded me constantly about paying my bill but when I emptied my locker on the 6th of August they refused to refund my last payment because the cut off date was the 5th... Again, terrible... Don't use them...
