Friendly cashiers! Reason for 4 stars is sometimes staffing could be better at certain times of the day. Sometimes the lines are ridiculously long. And they will only have 2 cashiers and one is in the speedy checkout. Those cashiers do such an excellent job getting through the lines and staying friendly with the customers A+ to them!

I go here about every day and you sometimes get a not so friendly cashier but i usually don't have any complaints. It's clean n the prices are definitely better than across the street. My go to grocery store

Great staff at this safeway! They are friendly and helpful. I went in on Thanksgiving looking for a meat thermometer and they were out so the lady in produce ran into the back and gave me one of the store's own thermometer. Her gift to me. Sometimes lines get long here but good service is worth the wait.

It is an excellent store. I got soup from there and I dropped the container outside but the lid stayed on the soup container. That's quality!

10/24/2017 The Deli at that Particular store sucks. They cannot keep Deli staff. A few of the older staff that been there for a while do a good job. The newer staff- the two women just ignore you when you are standing at the counter. They are super slow, get the wrong items, think they don't have to work and just wander around aimlessly. Today I stood at the deli counter for quite a while- they saw me, but ignored me and proceeded to chat with one another instead of waiting in customers. This happens all the time. i finally asked one of the older staff to help me. Why are they working there. They should be fired if they do not do their job. Then in the produce department- a young guy was stocking bananas. An elderly person with a cane was standing by the banana bin trying to bag some bananas- when the young employee just pushed his way in to stock some more bananas and almost knocked the lady over. He did that twice. I finally told him to knock it off and wait. He just laughed and did it again. What kind of idiots does Safeway hire? They must scrape the bottom of barrel just to save some bucks. Also there are never enough people to run the cash registers. Ever since Albertson's took over this particular Safeway store the service has gone way downhill. All in the name of profits. It's a shame!!
