Hours posted online says open 24 hours, showed up at 10:45, I work late, and doors were locked night manager wouldn't even let me in even though the time posted on the door said 11. Just wanted to grab something for a quick dinner would have been less then 5 minutes.

If 0 stars was a possibility, I would choose that option over a 1 star. This is just a warning for all those who plan to order from the bakery department of this store to have a backup plan at the back of your head while you order a cake. I ordered a cake for my son’s 4th Birthday Party, and they failed to make it. I showed up to pick it up at the designated time and nobody that was present could find it. They called 2 managers in the store to come help find it. The invoice for the cake was there, but there was no cake. I was livid, but I was not rude. I calmly said that this was unacceptable and that it would be the last time I ordered anything from them. I live a block away from this store and because of that experience (coupled with the fact that everything in the store is expensive), I am thinking of boycotting the whole store altogether. Terrible experience.

This is more than just another Safeway,  this is my neighborhood market.  The cashiers know us regulars and friendships have grown.

None of the milk I like? This used to be my go to store. It makes me sad. Not well-stocked anymore. But it's still good for a quick trip. Just won't be doing all my shopping there anymore. :( The staff is still wonderful. ♡
