This is a grocery store. They sell groceries here. The foreign foods aisle has some foods that are foreign. I often see kiwano melons in the fruit section if you are a human who enjoys a good fruit. There is lots of groceries. Wow. I love groceries. Did you know, that this is a place where you can buy groceries? Yes, what a wonderful world it is.

The main reason for the low rating for this specific location is the female employee who is very often working the customer service desk. I believe her Safeway tag says she is the "head clerk". She has had a scowl on her face EVERY time I have seen her (which is quite a few times). On the occasions when I've needed to actually get something from her at the customer service desk (around 7 or 8 different times) she has never smiled at me (I am always friendly to her) has only said "hello" to me once, and has never said "thank you" or "have a good day" even once when we were done with the transaction. I dislike complaining about an individual employee, but I just can't understand why a store would allow an apparently unhappy, and unfriendly, person to work their customer service desk? Rude employees are the fastest way to lose customers. To end this review with something positive, this Safeway location is in an extremely convenient location and is very handy when I just need to pick up a few items. It is also kept up very nicely on the inside.

I like this Safeway, but it is in drastic need of a facelift. The aisles are cramped and small, and the layout is not very shopper friendly. It is convenient to work and home so I am there quite often, but I will sometimes drive down the road to the remodeled King Soopers if i have to do a full shopping trip.

Needs revision, more organic selections and an area devoted to it like Wegmans. They do ok with locally sourced foods, but could still increase it. And some good items have disappeared over the year, such as Mark Schlereth's green chili sauce and some other local meats and produce. That needs to be reversed. Otherwise, ok store with reasonable prices.

I like the store. They have a good selection and good baked goods as well as their produce is pretty decent. Nice and Friendly and they have a Coinstar there as well. No major complaints at all.
