The receptionist wasn't very friendly (Monday after Thanksgiving) but they got me to the lab and I was seen in less than 15 minutes.  After the lab it was back to the waiting room and again I was seen in less than 15 minutes. The nurse and the lady at the lab were  both very nice.

Went their yesterday I was told to come to the clinic before they would start seeing us daughter has been out of insulin for a month she is using mine and it's running out fast I got sent away immediatly upon them finding out we have Medicaid I don't know if that had anything to do with it but that was the last words out of my mouth before she said ok then no one can see you here I'm starting to think this is everyone in Casper Wyoming wish I could give them negative stars never again

Love Love Love Dr. Linck and his staff. Best primary care we have received in a long time, and my girls and I don't feel like a "number" when we go in. They remember us, and know what our issues are, and are so very helpful in everything.

I have been here for 10 yrs. and had a hard time finding a good fit after my doctor went to be a hospitalist.  I went through many until I found Dr. Voinov.  She treats me like a person and that what is going on is real.  I have a difficult health issue and she treats me for what ever is going on at the time but will tell me like is to.  I have had very good experiences with everyone I have delt with.  No issues here.

The check in went well. The lady at the front desk was very nice, and helpful. But that is where it ends. We have been sitting in the exam room for over 45 minutes. We have not seen nor heard from any of the staff since being put in the room. If you are looking for prompt care this is not the place. I am beginning to wonder about the ability of the physician if you have to wait this long.
