The bus is full of school kids who cause tons of trouble and always want to fight. And apparently the smelly homeless get.to ride for free also. If you want good safe, reliable transportation. LOOK ELSWHERE.

What a shame, public transportation is for people who really need it, and it seems like Saginaw doesn't give a damn about its residents who utilize their system. The Saturday service return is a joke with buses running until 2pm. How can other transit systems in Michigan flourish and Saginaws system be a huge embarrassment?

Never on time people have scheduled appointmentso to meet . When u pay to ride a bus u expect to be on time most of the time this is not happening, get it together Stars.

Never on time, no one EVER answers in the office idk why they have employees in there when they don't even answer the phones. It's a shame I've been on other buses in other cities and it's an embarrassment to Saginaw.
