Every time I go here, I find some deal too good to refuse.  The customer service has always been good.  They could do a better job getting more employees to the registers when there is a difficult shopper causing delays, or when there is a long enough line to demand another cashier.

Got attitude from a cashier for attempting to use Samsung Pay, was told with a huff that they don't accept it as 'a company policy'. Even though they accepted it the day before. Got even more attitude and complaining when I said fine and walked away without a purchase. Won't be returning to a place with such flippant disregard for customer service.

Right near the light rail station to avoid parking in downtown. Pretty well organized compared to other big shopping stores in the area. A bit expensive though.
