In a climate where race relations are very sensitive I find it amazingly insensitive that a newer hospital would purposely hang beautifully framed photos of new born babies and every single photo is of the same ethnic group...  The 4th floor nurse (who was of the same ethic group as those beautifully displayed Caucasian new born babies up and down all of the hallways) said she had not notice that every single photo was a beautiful Caucasian child... Neither did any of the other nurses? Or doctors? How about the person(s) that hung them? How about the administrator who purchased them for the hospital? Do you believe this was intentional or just an oversight of hundreds of very intelligent people 🤔

The staff here care. They try their hardest to make every patient feel important during their shift. However, crazy things happen and they're only human.  I can only imagine what their day looks like on the side I don't see. Loved my stay here...well as much as you can at a hospital.

They have been great about visitors. Never been here as a patient, but visited several friends here and nurses were very helpful and attentive.
The Emergency Room nurses are very helpful. They have gone out of their way to make sure kids are okay when waiting a long time for parents.

Wow.  I am surprised with the Negative reviews.  Sure back in '99 it wasn't great.  However, that was when the Hospital was 1/4 of the size it is now.
I have had nothing but excellent experiences here.  I liked the staff and they were prompt to help and explain everything you need to know.   I walked out with a great amount of respect and gratefulness to the men & women that work here.

Usually my visit isn't all bad but this last time concerned me deeply I went in with lower back pains, a severe headache and sharp pains in my stomach- My concern is with my being pregnant and they offered me two things that were to me nonpreggo friendly one being an anti nausea I've had to which I was asked each time if I was pregnant before receiving and morphine for pain- Now mind you I was in pain, but due to my pregnancy I found that rather alarming. I feel also they lacked in one specific test that I later found out could have been rather vital if given the proper exam however I instead ended up with an mri- I feel after thinking about this for some weeks that in case of emergency I don't feel entirely comfortable with the outcome to the increasing wait time I have experienced here- And that is a huge concern for me personally. However they were nice, but my later tests I found the results were not only obvious but crucial information to have known.
