The Santiam Family Birth Center is designed to offer a quiet, personal childbirth experience with a qualified, compassionate medical staff. We encourage the whole family to participate in the joy of their new beginning. Delivering parents are encouraged to ask questions and participate in deciding on the treatment options available to them. Parents are supported to keep baby in their private patient room and experience as much skin-to-skin contact as possible for bonding.

Your birthing team will consist of a physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, 24-hour care with our nursing staff, and Board-certified Anesthesiologists for pain management. You will experience centralized monitoring, and in-house breastfeeding assistance.

I have been treated well and efficiently at Santiam. My doctor is Dr. King and she does a wonderful job for me and my wife also. She cares about us and money is down the list of priorities.

My experience with Santiam hospital has been great. I appreciate the kind, efficient, and professional staff and Doctor Hotan is a wonderful doctor. She is very personable, listens carefully, communicates well, and is very proactive regarding my health. I am very thankful to have found such great health care!

My name is Millie and I recently became the patient of Dr. Claire King at Cascade Medical. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. King as my PCP. I feel very confident in her and in her staff. Good medical care and staff is hard to find, but I have no doubts that I found both.

Went in because I had found a lump in my Breast have a family history of breast cancer as well as having other genetic markers and have had two brain tumors in the past. It's reasonable why id be concerned. I do not have a primary doctor at the moment due to moving from out of state so the Emergency room was my option. I was treated horrible. Was there a whole 20 minutes, during which I was made fun of, and completely ignored by the doctor. (Moon) He did a not so though exam and dismissed my other symptoms. He made a bias diagnosis based on my age, and not on any of the symptoms I was presenting. Needless to say, I am very upset. I went in feeling nervous about what might happen and came out mad, frustrated and no more further to figuring out what has been wrong for several months.
