Tim was fantastic, very nice guy to do business with. Tim was able to program me a key after another locksmith tried for two days unsuccessfully. Didn't have to wait forever either. Would recommend highly. Thanks so much, Tim!

Timothy was fast and friendly on a Wednesday at 6:30pm.  He was across town in 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable about locks.  I Will definitely use Salem Oregon Locksmith again!

Tim was extremely helpful. What made him different was he called me back. I was going to go with another lock smith that couldn't give me any  answers,  but charged me a fee anyway. When I called Tim, he gave me a price range and some answers then we hung up the phone. Well, a few min later, Tim called me back and informed me that our insurance would cover a lock-out up to $150.00 that is what made him different. He called me back with information not knowing if I was going to have him do the job or not. That is customer service! He is also a pleasant, informative, and personable guy. He has integrity that not a lot of people have when you're caught in a bad situation.

Tim was quick, professional and super nice. He made me feel a lot better after a terrible day with lots of car trouble. He got to my car within 20 minutes and was sure to check my door to make sure it was all right. I highly recommend this service and have the number saved in my phone in case I need it again.  They are available 24 hours and accept check cash or card, which was very convenient for my predicament.

Call the guy and told him that we needed to get a stick out of our deadbolt when I text him and told him that we didn't need his help anymore before he even attempted to come over. he was really rude and made multiple phone calls and left messages on my answering machine saying that he was going to call the police because that was kind of like calling in a whole order of pizzas and then not paying for it or playing ding-dong-ditchand then he went on to say that he didn't believe that we didn't need his help anymore and was just absolutely rude and still insisted on coming over to try to fix a deadbolt that was already fixed through message left on answering machine
