On Friday 10/13/17, I called AAA after my car died in Yamhill. The guy who responded arrived at least 20 minutes before the estimated time of arrival, was friendly, sympathetic, efficient, and had me on my way within 5 minutes. I am so happy that this was the company contracted with my AAA plan. I will recommend them to anyone who needs this sort of service. Thanks!

These guys could not have been more wonderful today! I felt ridiculous on top of being stressed out. Chris showed up, assured me it was not a big deal, stayed with me and watched out for my safety the entire time. Brad was also so kind and jumped in the drivers seat when I just couldn't back out I felt like I was going to panic! I even saw him moving branches to make sure my car didn't get scratched. I will recommend them to everyone, they made a bad situation literally no big deal at all.

My car was stolen. The police had it towed when it was found. Gale's Towing got the call. They towed it from Dayton Oregon back to their shop, an estimated 7 miles according to google and the Sgt. in charge of my case. They charged me $343 to get my car back from them. $343 for me to retrieve my stolen 1996 Honda Accord, in running condition, that they towed 7 miles and held for about 12 hours. If that's not price gouging I don't know what is. **Response** Your rates are preset? What are you talking about? If your friends car gets stolen and you get called to tow it at 3 am, your rate would not be $343.

AAA referred me to Gale's Towing and Steven was my Tow Truck driver.Steven was a great guy. He took time to do a great job under bad circumstances. Polite, neat and courteous.Very knowledgeable about his job and how to move a 1.5 ton truck with 3 flat tire to the exact place I needed the Van moved to.I am very impressed with the work I received so much so that called Stevens boss and wrote this review.

Steve, as a former employee I will come back for your companies services. I made suggestive sales to the customers and I still do when I see people needing a tow, to get AAA or roadside service on their insurance. Keep up the good work and I hope to see Brad in your shoes after you retire. 4/8/17. Had the F350 towed home from sLowes Home Improvement after the battery check. Both driver's were very polite. Keep up the good work!
