Outstanding. Needed a second Smart ForTwo 451 key. Bought a blank online with the electronics in it. Brought it into SOS and within 30 minutes, I was out the door with a second key for a ridiculously low price. Would highly recommend SOS for anything key / lock related!

These people seem to be on top of their game. Had them out on business calls for both locks and safes. Fast and affordable. Now I need some car key made and programmed. They are full service as far as I can tell.

Had a body control module repaired for a Susuki Grand Vitara , No one else could fix it but SOS to the rescue. As a car dealer( Christensen Auto Sales,Inc. ) I plan on sending more work your way now that I have found you

Had these guys program a duplicate key for my '03 Saab 9-3. The new key eliminated the "key battery voltage" message on the driver information display (replacing the old fob's battery did not resolve the issue). Also, my keyless entry works once again. Who could ask for more? Great work SOS!

The women that answer the phone are in serious need of customer service training. They don't appear to be "on-site" and are unable to directly talk to anyone actually doing the work in their shop. Rather than answering specific questions about smart key reprograming, they prefer to say that info is covered (somewhere) on their SOS website in a condescending manner. E-mail quotes from SOS have the actual price info, buried down in the original text of the customer's e-mail. Bottom line, money (but not time) was saved by avoiding a trip to the dealership for a dual, smart key loss situation. However, after dealing with these women, and lame e-mail responses, I'd prefer to spend the extra money at the dealership rather than put up with the month long, poor customer service.
