BEWARE OR YOU COULD THE NEXT VICTIM: I went to this store to buy purple hair conditioner to pamper my hair on Labor Day weekend of 2017 (Sep 4). As I was paying and about to leave the girl at the register told me that that purple hair won't do anything what I need is a toner. She took me to the aisle and sold me a wella t18 toner w a 20v developer. I told her repeatedly that I don't dye my hair. My hair has never been dyed. I don't dye my hair. She repteadly reassured me that it won't do anything to brown hair it acts like a vacuum to any brassiness. So I took it on her advise, used it as instructed, within ten minutes my hair turned A FLAGRANT VULGAR DISGUSTING CARROT ORANGE. I freaked out, my mother put me dark brown dye to remedy the disaster since I had work just in the morning. Since then I had to cut almost 6 inches off my hair because the processing fryed it. Every time I look in the mirror I roll my eyes away because I HATE my hair color. Everything would have been jut fine had I not stepped foot into this horrid store that Saturday. BEWARE YOU COULD BE THE NEXT VICTIM! #SallyBeauty is the worst most elusive unaccountable customer service. I have been in touch with them repeatedly to no accountability from their part. They only propagate fake lies on their social media like go to @SallyBeauty ask a beauty expert. Well DONT, or risk being the next victim! Hate that store. Wish I never ever stepped foot in it.

It's 6/16/2017 2pm. The two girls that are working right now are so rude and unprofessional. I asked few question about a product and all I received was attitude and a eye roll specially from the shorter while girl . They were yearling across the store at a women with a child because her child was l climbing ladder which they should have never left in middle of the walkway. And even if the child was climbing they should have come up to the costumer and not yell across the store. Very unprofessional. Love coming to the store to get items but costumer service is most important in business, from now on I'm don't mind driving little further to get my supplies. Not coming back here again.

Manager is always polite and informative. .much better than the new Bluestar location. ..staff is good

The store is nicely put together but the staff are not friendly at all.
