Way too pricey. I knew I would have to pay for a nice haircut and color, but  around $400? No thanks - got my balayage, color melt, and haircut done in Winter Garden for $200. It's a nice salon and my boyfriend gets his hair done here since he can afford it, but it's not for me.

BEWARE!!! I came in on a Saturday, and 6 hours later left unsatisfied. I came in with existing brown hair and caramel highlights, requesting to even out the bottom and top, as the top was lighter. Kelsey (junior colorist) made the top BLONDE. Yep, solid blonde contrasting with the dark brown preexisting color underneath, effectively a skunk. Not at all what I asked, exactly the opposite in fact. Another colorist applied toner to correct the blonde, which also removed all of my preexisting caramel highlights on the top. (So there's that money down the drain). And, they didn't have time to fix it today or tomorrow. Their first availability would be two days later with another JUNIOR colorist. (As if!) There was no availability with a senior colorist for over a week. 

They gave me the owner's business card and said she is expecting my call. But then proceeded to say the phone number on the card rings the salon. (Say whaaa?) So, let me get this straight. She's expecting my call, but you haven't given me her number... 

I've lived in three states and visited dozens of salons. I've never been so disappointed with results or customer service. Don't go here!

I have nothing but great things to say about Salon Dulay. I was referred by a sales representative from the FL Mall. I shared with her how disappointed I was with an Aveda salon nearby, and she was confident that Salon Dulay would deliver. Melanie has been my fabulous stylist since the get-go. She is skilled, cooperative and accommodating. Michael completely transformed my husband's hair; I couldn't be happier. I decided to get hair extensions for my wedding, and Cleo- hair extension specialist- was simply amazing. All my friends and family cannot believe how beautiful and natural my extensions turned out. The staff is super nice; huge shout-out to front desk. They knew that I was getting married, and offered me a styling/maintenance service as a gift. This has, without a doubt, been one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hair salon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Salon Dulay

If you're in need of affordable and eco friendly color ask for Tabby at Salon Dulay! The staff is helpful and always punctual. They offer tea or wine upon arrival and the hot towel and hand massage is complimentary with every treatment. Best of all you're in and out quickly so you can make the most of your day!

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and needed a major change with my hair! Cleo was my stylist and she was amazing! She listened exactly to what I wanted, and helped give me ideas as to length, shape, etc. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely go back!
