Taylor, one of the Master Stylists at this location is absolutely amazing!! I can’t imagine anyone else working on my hair. She figured out the perfect highlights for my hair right away...great color choice for fall and another great color choice for summer!! The haircut she suggested was spot on for me as it is easy to take care of and looks great whether I blow dry it or not! Thanks Taylor for your professionalism and always wanting to make sure i look my best!!

My hair has never looked as good as it does now after hairstylist Taylor Dixon started doing my hair! She knows exactly how to nail my blonde color without leaving it brassy or dull. She does an amazing job at listening to what the client wants and her hair cuts are on pointe. Highly recommend her services!

Out of the many times i've been here, the only good encounter i've had at this store was Last week, when i walked in a gentlemen named Brett, was the only one who approached me, kindly introduced himself and offered his assistance. He recommended products and went above and beyond to help me find what i was looking for. Like it should be. I go to this place frequently only because it's the only Ulta nearby... other than that all the employees here are extremely rude and don't ever offer to help you. They completely ignore you. If you ask for help, they act annoyed and bothered and don't even really help at all. Instead, they follow you around, and stalk you around as if you're going to rob something. All the employees walk around as if they're pissed off and don't want to be there...

I usually go here to get my hair cut. My most recent experience could have been better. My stylist and her co-workers kept talking about how much they didn’t want to be there, what time they would finally get out, and what they were doing after work. I get it, I was in customer service for years. But to complain and be negative in front of the customer is unprofessional. I felt like my stylist wasn’t focusing on MY HAIR and what she was doing. She didn’t do everything that I wanted and I feel like it’s because she was distracted. Keep your conversations for AFTER work.
