I get a great haircut, but, the appointment is never on time. I've been here twice, and I'm never seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment. If they could be on time, it would be great.

I have been using their aestheticians for 6 years now since they were located in Fairlane mall in Dearborn. Their receptionist Katrina is very knowledgeable of all of their services and staff and is very friendly. I have been going to Denise for my facials and eyebrows for 6 years. I appreciate how she pays attention to what my needs are and she isn't afraid to tell me what they aren't to avoid unecessary services. With this Spa I truly feel as if they care about what my needs are as a client.
