Love this place, the prices went up a little, but still good service. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Mya is the truth and always slays my hair. I don't understand all the bad comments.

So let's start here. I made an appointment for 9 am. The receptionist opened the doors early so I went in at 8:57 am. She immediately walked to the door to stopped me and said that they weren't open yet. I went back in 3 minutes later without a greeting and was handed paperwork. The paperwork was given to Lanita who did my service. Lanita asked how long have I had my sew in. I told her for about a month. My original total would have only been $45 for a retouch but she told me that I needed a "full" retouch which would be $70. What's the difference? Two more customers walked in and she put me under the dryer. I was under the dryer for over an hour. She had enough time to finish another ladies full sew in. So I guess with the "full" retouch you get a flat iron. The flat iron was trash. I expect my hair to be bone straight. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody unless it's an absolute emergency.

Always look fly leaving this salon.... I could do without some of the attitudes of one or two employees, which is the only reason why I didn't give them five stars.

They are ok. Use only for emergencies. Slow and ride customer service.  Now they nickel and dime you for everything. The 50 dollar weave has turned into 95 dollars. It used to come with a cut and curl... now if you want it feathered or a bob... that's an additional 45 dollars. You have got to be kidding me. They have gone WAY DOWN!!!!

Braider who had appointment with decided to do her friends hair instead  and i was assigned someone who did not know how crochet braids. I left with a sore head and ugly hairstyle.
