I am not the man I was before, though it's hard to remember those memories which I held eons ago, when I first walked through the doors of this store because my wife said she had a coupon for a free small sized cream. Rather than go straight for the cream, she wandered the store while I was subject to constant retinal bombardment from the pink brightness of everything in this store. I spent so long waiting around while no one offered to help my wife find whatever it was that she needed that by the time she was done my physical form was long gone. Now I remain here as a wraith, among all the other apparitions of husbands long gone from the material realm, eternally wandering and warning other husbands of the price you pay when you bring your wife in to claim a free small sized cream.

Staff ignores me any time I come, except to make sure I'm not shoplifting. They run out and stay out of a lot, especially the drug store brands. I've been trying to replace a broken nyx eyeshadow for two months and it hasn't been restocked once. When I purchased a highlighter yesterday, the cashier tried to short change me and say I'd given her a fifty not the hundred I clearly handed her. I didn't even have a fifty on me. Rude rude rude. Because I have tattoos I'm treated like a shop lifter every time no matter how much I spend.

I love the wide array of products that address every beauty need one could imagine. It is a beauty lobee's dream. Shower me with lotions and potions.

Love Ulta. 4 stars today because the line was wrapped around the store and I come in for convenience but 2 min to get my items and 15 just to check out is ridiculous.

Nice store but cashier's do not ask if you want to use your Ulta points towards your purchase.
