I love the manager Tiffany...I am not a consistent hair maintainer and she never complains and she always makes sure to tell me how to take care of my hair myself and what products would be best. I simply have no clue about hair so I love that she understands that and doesn't judge me!

Usually have a great experience even with the staff turnover. Went on Saturday, May 6 around 11:30. Almost walked out because what appeared to be person in charge couldn't figure out the services on the register & had a sour personality. Very young girl was assigned to do my hair. She did well. Chick in charge sat playing on phone. Another woman (who was pleasant & actually looked competent) walked around. Not sure if I will return. At least not on Saturday. 😒

Don't expect a hello or any acknowledgement sat there for 30m and not even a glance in my direction...

The staff here seems to be completely uptight and not at all friendly. One simple smile and saying hello seems like an expense there. The place is pretty clean and nice but it wouldn't help if staff is otheway around. Staff here do not believe in having a conversation regarding the cut and style preferences before start using their scissors. I went there for simple basic trim and I told them I do not want to shampoo. The lady who was cutting my hair didn't bother to sock my hair wet especially when it's wavy and curly.....it's simply unprofessional to cut hair without wetting it. I was showed few inches what was planned to cut but by the time cutting was done it was double then what was showed to me. I kept asking for wetting hair cause comb was not even touching my neckline hair so they are not even touched at all. My hair stylist looks like she had no clue about the cutting or about the products or even how to use register. C'mon, don't you train your staff? My husband is been going there since they open but he says same thing what I wrote above. We are definitely not going to be there customer for sure...I would say take a chance at your risk in a spare time BUT not on the day of event or something. I just have to wait a little to grow and get my messed up hair cut fixed...what a waste!
