I have been a customer over a decade, and considered my hair stylist as a friend. My experience today with Salon Zen made me feel like money is more important than customer service. I was insulted by an employee cause I financially can not come in as much as I used to. Obviously money is more important than the customer. I would not recommend anyone to go or continue service at Salon Zen. It's bad business and just bad people. My daughter wouldn't even treat a stranger they way they treated me.

I was unhappy with my services. I went back the next day to let them know. I wanted my money back and expected a fight. Let me tell you, I have never been treated so well in customer services. They apologized and told me they wanted to fix it. They gave me a couple of options to fix it and weren't satisfied until I was. They were also going to talk with my salon They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. With a "bad" experience like this, I'm definitely going to go back again.

Go to Krisanna she is amazing. My hair is long, really thick, and dark. I have been battling with my color (trying to be as blonde as possible) and have been to 4 different stylist. Krisanna was the 1st one to make it look amazing the first try. I will be going to her from now on my hair looks great and no gold tones!

Robin is amazing! I am so happy that I finally found someone that knows how to fine hair. Robin is a perfectionist and my hair always looks great.
