Went in this morning. Not one person said hello or asked if I needed help. I tried making eye contact with two and BOTH turned and walked away. I stood in the cologne area for ten minutes. An employee literally brushed against me to get to another customer without even saying excuse me. One lady that came in after me was greeted promptly and asked if she needed help. Now I know why I am going to go to Sephora. I knew exactly what I needed, just couldn't get anybody to take two minutes to greet me.

This Ulta is clean and friendly. It's location is easy to find and conveniently located off the 10 Freeway or Indian School. Their Benefit Brow Bar is great, but it's difficult to get walk in appointments. The staff is helpful and friendly, but they seem to only recommend certain products and brands. I was looking for an spf product for my face and the staff took me to the most expensive one in the place. There were many other brands to choose from, but I wasn't shown those - I had to find them on my own. I went in once for a Laura Geller product and the staff told me bad things about Laura Geller, I thought that they didn't even carry the brand, but found out later they did. So I not only didn't get the product I needed, I was pushed into products I didn't even come there for. There is a huge selection of products and brands. I did give it 4 stars because there are staff that are helpful and friendly, don't give up if you have a bad experience.

Horrible customer service here. Online it says their return policy is store credit without a receipt but they still wouldn’t let me return my item that wasn’t a gift and still asked me for a receipt from when I bought it even though I had just told them I got it as a Christmas gift. Sold out of literally everything too btw. It’s christmas time you guys should know to keep everything stocked better.

They have terrible customer service, they make fun of customers and think it’s funny. I normally love ulta itself, but this locations staff is extremely disrespectful. Especially the store manager.

I've been here a few times. They are nearly always out of the products I'm looking for. Additionally,  the last time I was there I was being followed and watched by one of the employees.  It made me feel super uncomfortable.  I'm usually dressed up very nicely, but this time I had just gotten back from the gym.  I felt super awkward. I don't think I'll be going back again.
