If i could leave a negative review i would!!!! Absolutely the worst service i have ever had to deal with with ANY company. They top everyone. We have been trying to get a business license for the past two months and no one knows what the hell they are doing in that office. We have been transferred about 8,000 times and no one seems to be able to process the license. It is one thing after the next. Honestly they should get rid of every single employee in that office and start fresh. Couldn't be more frustrated and disappointed.

They did a great job, finally, putting together my landscaping after they fixed the pipe and water line to my property.

They are the worst to deal with. Horrible customer service, they don't offer alternatives or options for payments, and the servicemen that have come out to my house have always been so rude. Terrible experience every time, I dread calling them for anything.

Been calling them for a year to fix a leak on the city-side of my meter. Six months ago a sinkhole started to form and sidewalk is dropping. Leak still not fixed. Keep your water usage below 8 units per month between November 1 and March 31. If it's higher, they will gouge you with high sewer charges for the following 18 months.
