If anyone wants to know what dealing with USCIS is like - take your *worst* DMV experience and multiply that by 10. After waiting 14 months for my expensive piece of plastic (Green Card) to be mailed to me, they finally gave me a 75 day old tracking number which said my card was delivered...to who, where? The $450 card fee apparently doesn't include priority shipping with insurance and/or signature confirmation. The equally inept USPS shoved my Green card into someone else's PO BOX. USCIS said "Too bad, pay us again for another" The epitome of taxpayer dollars being wasted right here.

I did my emigration process there. It was an amazing experience. The staff is really friendly.

We accidently came a day early not paying attention well enough to our notice and they were very kind and took us anyway. In and out in 20 min.

I have been waiting for more than a year for them to give an appointment for my citizenship interview. They do not follow up. My case is already delayed!

Have been waiting for a response on a G-884 original document form that was notarized and signed and havent heard back from anyone. Terrible service. Its like they dont even care to search for a simple birth certificate. It shouldnt be that hard. I know theres tons of files but, its just an easy birth certificate. We cant even contact the office directly either.
