This time, went to get some subs made...very tasty.  They also have entertainment on weekends and a fully functional bar

I've been here several times,  and often my order wasn't ready when I got there,  and they always forget sides and order instructions.  However,  now I ordered my free birthday pizza online,  and it said it was free until the order completed. I called to check,  and they said they need id for it to be free.  Never happened before,  but ok.  So I get there about 30 minutes later,  and the manager comes to ring my free pizza,  and they never even made it! They pull the ticket where I could see it hanging,  they weren't busy,  the manager didn't say a word to me,  and there was no apology. 20 minutes later,  50 minutes after I ordered,  after I even called about it, I finally get a pizza.  I asked the girl what happened.  She said they lost the ticket,  which was clearly not true true since I saw it.  I was friendly,  I just sighed and went to leave,  and as I was walking out,  the girl sarcastically says to me "have a good free pizza". Well good job Salvatore's,  I'm done.

Always have had delicious chicken parm sandwiches here. Tried the cheese pizza for the first time last night, it was so bad we each had one piece and threw the rest away. Very dooughey, possibly undercooked. Not good. Will still go there for Chickparms but sticking with Cariglios for pizza for now.

Amazing coustomer service. Amazing pizza.  Previously ordered from north ave location and was disappointed 2times in a row. 
  Bay road location was awesome. Pizza cooked perfect. Thank you.

Went there for a slice of pizza, it was not cooked well at all, I told it to the manager and the answer was that it is just how it is. I end up throwing it to the garbage.
