Love this place. If I see a Sam Ash anywhere I do my best to stop, mostly to browse used gear. The Tampa Store is my home store, I go there at least once a week. I’m always greeted. If I need it they get it for me. If I come in for a ukulele they sell me a ukulele, they don’t try to talk me in to upgrading to a Gibson Hummingbird. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to shop.

Really happy with the service I received at Sam Ash in Tampa. They helped me track down a drum head I was looking for, mailed it overnight to me for no additional charge, and helped me rent a cymbal for a session I had. Good attitudes and were very helpful.

Always greeted warmly upon entering store. Sales staff are available without being pushy or annoying! Staff knowledgeable and professional! Will definitely be a return customer and will recommend this store to everyone I know that's looking for a dependable music store!!!

Sam Ash is the best brick and mortar store for your Pro Sound & Lighting needs, it's so nice to have competent sales persons to talk too, the "other" place in town is full of guys who know guitars but not much else. Thank You for being there so I don't have to deal with those fools anymore.

I love Sam Ash especially the Tampa location.  The people here are so nice, helpful, and friendly.  They have a wide variety at a good price.  If you ever have a problem with anything you've bought, they will help you to replace it.  I love Sam Ash so much that I go here at least once or twice a week.  Every once in a while there will also be a famous musician that performs there.  One time when I happened to be there one day Kiko Loureiro the guitarist of Megadeth was there.
