Worst customer service in the world. Not enough words to describe how bad it is. Since the time they make you wait to be attended ( in my case I wait 50 minutes and I was the one who ask how much longer to wait? And she answer like I'm the only one here, so I left and maybe I can do everything by a phone or go some other store and maybe have a better luck. I can be writing  bad things about with my not good English the all day but they took already too much of my day:(

The thought of going to this location completely kills all positive thoughts that i might have at the moment. Everytime I go to THIS sprint I know that I am going to be making another Visit to correct an error. If you have a good experience here you might wanna go play the lotto soon after. I despise this place, and they could care less if i do.

This is the place to go if you want your phone screwed up acct locked out and left with lies and incompetence from all the staff. They dont know their products dont waste your time they almost had me, but I took a second and called sprint customer service they sent me to the store by citrus park since I am a business account. That Citrus park store took care of me and fixed all the problems this dale mabry store caused me. IF THE DALE MABRY STORE DIDNT WEAR ME OUT SO MUCH I WOULD HAVE DROVE BACK AND TEACH THEM BASIC PRINCIPLES THAT GET TAUGHT IN PRE SCHOOL........

Sprint is terrible every store has terrible customer service. Online service is no better phone service is no better. They Nicole and done everything the only reason I switched was because this store was running a promotion when you buy an iPhone 6s you can upgrade to the 7 when it is released well sure enough when it came out they told me they had no idea what I was talking about . So I've been stuck with a 6s when I never wanted it in the first place . Now I'm trying to upgrade to a s8 and again nothing but a hassle and I'm eligible for an upgrade but of course there's 10000 different issues

I'm happy to be a new Sprint customer, they took care of everything from start to finish.  The store was well kept and the staff was friendly.
