My daughter an I came to to inquire about keyboard with weighted keys, because she is a music major in college, and we had a budget to work with. Rene a rep from the store helped us decide what could be good for us and gave me an estimate on how much I would spend. We left and went to another store, but that was short lived. We came back to ash because they have a better dead and because of Rene... When we came back he helped us with our purchase and load the equipment in the car! Great store great people!

As always, Wally is a pure joy to work with...very accommodating and attentive to some guitar repair issues. What an excellent face and personality for Sam Ash Corp to put out there. We go no where else! Wally has my utmost confidence as do the staff at the Lee Rd location!

Sam Ash is my favorite place to buy equipment. They keep a knowledgeable staff that truly cares about music and the customers. They are also one of the few retailers that keep pricing low enough to make it easy to drive to a store rather than shopping online. They reward loyal customers and always have great gear in stock.

Perfect professional atmosphere. Everyone was extremely helpful, they paid a good cash price for my used gear and offered a better trade. They had a very tempting selection, buy sell or trade I would go back.

Great selection, awesome customer service! I was a bit far away from this store since my last visit but I decided to go back and get another pedal from them since they were so helpful. Joe is a great, knowledgeable guy who went out of this way to make sure I got what I wanted. The whole staff is really nice.
